  i was curious to hear what other believers understand about dinosaurs.

  i know we have a few young earth creationists here.

  i wondered what you understand about dinosaurs and when they existed, as well as hear from those that believe dinosaurs lived millions of years ago and how it fits into the bible..

  Me too, char. But there are some Ideas floating around about dinosaurs and people existing at the same time up. Just wanted to get some various beliefs here.

  larsinger and his posts got me to thinking about others that believe/believed that they are/were jesus.

  i started looking up a ton of info and stumbled across some pretty interesting cults.

  i just wanted to create a thread to talk about or post videos, links, or articles about modern day cults that you have found interesting.

  When someone says something is not in the bible when it is and show that they don't understand early Jewish thought based on their post, I can say that they don't understand the bible. If I made posts about Einstein that showed I didn't understand or even read what he said about a subject, I could count on other saying that I clearly didn't understand. And they wouldn't be guilty of judging me.

  Not this again,EP. If god existed before space, then how can he be bound by space. But I've learned that philosophic thought and direct examples from scripture escape you, which is why I said I'm done debating this with you.

  EP, you were one of the worst offenders. You would say the bible didn't say something when it did. And when shown you would merely say you didn't agree with no proof either way

  And NC, when you researched this subject, did you read what skeptics as well as Jews and Christians say about the passages under consideration? If so, what about their arguments did you disagree with?

  Taking just one of those, how did the bible advocate rape?

  and no, I don't accuse all those that disagree with the bible as being angry. I just call it anger when it's expressed angrily. Your post, for example, was not angry, and was well thought out. That's the difference. I read what you wrote and I can logically debate it.

  I wasn't accusing all atheists,NC. Just the ones that claimed to do a thorough investigation, but clearly don't know what the bible says (whether they agree with it or not). As I said, you are not one of those.
